Lawyer admitted to the Paris and New York bars

After graduating from HEC, Sabrina obtained a Master’s in Business Law from the Sorbonne (Paris) and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University (New York). She is also a graduate of the Versailles CRFPA.

She became a member of the New York bar in 2007, allowing her to practice law in the United States from 2007 to 2009, before moving to Paris where she has been practicing as a lawyer since 2009.

Sabrina Lavail is a lawyer admitted to the Paris and New York bars.

She practices in both French and English.

Practice in Law Firms

After a dozen years spent in the Corporate and Restructuring departments of leading law firms in New York and Paris (ie, Clifford Chance, Poulain & Associates, Latham & Watkins), Sabrina founded in 2019 the law firm Square Legal.

Practice in Companies and Investment Funds

During her career as a lawyer, Sabrina also had the opportunity to work as a General Counsel within a company and an investment fund (ie, Lagardère Holding and Sagard Private Equity), allowing her to acquire a perfect understanding of the operational issues at stake.
